June 24, 2009: Firefighters were dispatched for a structure fire at around 10:45am at 38 Whittier Blvd. Car 10 arrived on scene with fire showing from the attic and transmitted the 10-75 bringing in Fairview FD with their F.A.S.Team. Engine 2 arrived first due and stretched a 2in line to the attic while Tower Ladder 2 opened the roof. The fire was held to the attic and was placed under control in 20 minutes. There were no reported injuries.
